Why have one-on-one meetings?
It is All about you.
After developing a road map of our topics to work on, I will then whether visit you at your office, or we schedule virtual sessions for a certain period of time – with a defined frequency for our meetings.
If you wish, those meetings can take place in a different location as well, if we are going to meet in person.
Sometimes it is good to get out of the familiar environment you are in all the time or to try something new to refresh your thoughts with our conversation.
(Have you ever tried a walking meeting? Very efficient!)
The only requirement is a safe space and quiet place to work without distraction and that fits both our needs.
